Arrival
Check-in from 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.

Departure
Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

Arrivals or departures outside the indicated hours must be requested when booking

Cancellation
From 23rd March to 24th April and from 6th October
If you cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel or modify your booking in the 2 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
 
From 25th April to 21st June and from 22nd September to 5th October
If you cancel or modify your booking up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel or modify your booking in the 4 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

From 22nd June to 21st September
If you cancel or modify your booking up to 10 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If you cancel or modify your booking in the 9 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
 
To book
A deposit is not required.
A credit card number with expiry date is necessary.
Le Petit du Lac will pre-authorise the credit card in the amount of the cancellation fee after the free cancellation period.

Extra beds
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is available on request and subject to confirmation by the management.
Minimum age to stay: 15 years.
